This Japanese BBQ shop was my first time book,but ate there felt very good.Table service was a standard and nice attitude make you felt like a VIP customer.Anyway please must try the wagyu beef set there.Especially I recommend the bowl rice was very very good if you like taste rice!!

單純討論食物的話,是值得專程前往的5顆星。高油溫將蒸好的肉圓炸至酥皮,油溫太高會焦,炸的時間太久會硬,恰到好處皮酥內軟就是功夫,內餡也毫不含糊,大塊的豬後腿肉,半顆鴨蛋,混合著蒜味米醬,那脆中帶軟,Q中帶嫩,層層疊疊的食感,讓人印象深刻。配上輕爽的龍骨髓湯,就是一份讓人意猶未盡小吃了!滿滿的人潮及狹小的用餐環境使他少了一顆星,不管內用或外帶都需要較長的等待時間,太浪漫⋯

我不是鐵道迷,但也為彰化扇形車庫著迷。彰化扇形車庫建於民國11年(完整見證台鐵發展史啊!2001年成為縣定古蹟),是台灣僅存的扇形火車庫,由12個軌道及1個360度轉向盤所構成,能快速調動車頭方向,對於班次調度和機件維修都相當方便,是鐵道迷必朝聖的景點。原以為參觀一下拍拍照片就可以離開了,沒想到剛好遇到火車調度,趕緊爬上觀景樓 ──... 橘紅色的火車從陰暗的車庫緩緩駛出,車速慢到以為只是暫時移動,慢到沒有交通管制疏散人群……好在耐心等待,終於見到火車慢慢開上轉向盤,整輛火車旋轉30度駛離車庫的精彩畫面,巨大沉重的移動機具在歷史感的建物中復古有味,連不是鐵道迷的我也覺得非常值得一看。(但如果沒看到這畫面我可能會覺得有點無聊,只能說相當幸運吧!)read more

Super delicious. Crispy texture and little soft chewy skin inside and the meat just gorgeous. 🙂 Taiwanese sauce with "ba-wan" beautiful combination.

Wow. Line was long but worth the wait! I can see how this place is so popular. Skin is crispy and ‘Q’ at the same time, meat is yums and soaked with sauce so tasty it’ll make you lick the bowl. I wish I could get this in Taipei! Definitely going back next time I visit Changhua.

😄王罔麵線糊開在鹿港老街附近市場的街道上,是間有歷史的小吃店,一間店就只賣這一樣小食,而且,生意還很不錯,雖每次去不用排隊,卻桌桌有人坐,是間受歡迎的店。他的口味,坦白講,平淡普通,麵線較糊一些,但對一些饕客而言,卻有一種平實的魅力👍

店家位在鹿港第一市場附近,附近有停車場方便停車,店家座位都是大桌子,人數較少時需要跟別人併桌。自行找位子入座後直接跟店員點麵線糊數量就可以。麵線糊麵線已經完全煮透,吃起來非常滑順,都不用咬麵線就入口即化。湯頭使用高湯、蝦米和油蔥酥提味,加入一些滑蛋味道更香濃。麵線糊中還有赤肉,沒有粿粉的赤肉吃起來非常軟嫩,連牙口不好的人與可以吃。在桌上店家還有提供香菜與黑醋可以自己調味。店家是鹿港在地人也會來吃... 老店,鹿港最經典的麵線糊就是這一家,每每都會讓人想念的味道。內用都是小碗的25元,外帶有分大的30元跟小的25元。當作主餐或點心吃都非常適合,是來鹿港必吃的美食。#letsguide#佐佐黃的美食玩樂評鑑#zuozuohuangread more

位於市場附近,整體口感不錯!雖稱是麵線糊但裡面有些排骨酥,桌面有放一整盆的香菜供用餐者依自己需求調整~隔壁的肉羹和附近不少店似乎也是美食小吃,可以一起吃吃逛逛再往鹿港老街前進!

價格:5顆星美食:2顆星(第一碗的正常口味)-5顆(第二碗的特殊口味)店家反應:-2顆星總結:1顆星(僅個人觀感)大約晚上6點半左右去吃。總共叫了兩碗來吃,第一碗加醋吃很正常,沒有問題。但第二碗加醋後,第一口覺得酸酸的,第二口吃的時候感覺很不好,因此最後第二碗勉強把料吃完就不吃了,當時我哥還覺得怎麼可能有問題,但他一吃後就直接吐掉了。很難得會留評語,但因為太有印象,而且反應給店家,店家認為是北部人口味吃... 不習慣。價格的確親民,但印象真的讓人深刻。read more

原味肉包真的超級好吃只是剛好沒有剩太多了所以竟然只買到一個 一口咬下去 那個皮的Q度跟平常吃的包子很不一樣說不出來的感覺很清爽但是又很有彈性完全不像其他的包子 軟軟濕濕的它就非常有彈性保證你不會失望因為沒有原味包子我只好很失望的買了牛奶饅頭給小朋友吃我們家姐姐4歲竟然一口氣吃了兩個饅頭然後妹妹也跟着吃了一個多然後說下次還要去買超級推薦而且技術真的超好包子外型也漂亮聽說可以網購絕對會再買的

這家肉包可能是台灣最好吃的一家吧,肉包喔~麵皮奶香很重,很香甜,光吃麵皮就愛上了,裡面的肉餡滿滿滿,超好吃的,一顆才20,而且人很多所以肉包都是熱騰騰的,排隊排很長,拍到我們的時候後面又一堆人在排隊看不到盡頭,很值得排隊的一家人氣美食,彰化的在地特色美食吧,超喜歡的,包子好吃又便宜,真材實料,推推推,沒再跟你開玩笑也沒有業配,好吃😋對了豆漿也不會很死甜很好喝又大杯喔This meat bag is probably the best one in Taiwan.... 鹿港知名肉包店吃過三家,各具特色。但近年來固定吃的是阿振。包子外尚有葱花捲、各式饅頭。因個人獨鐘包子,恕無法評價饅頭。包子內餡重要,其實外皮也很關鍵。內餡太多太少太油太軟我愛,阿振肉包內饀比例適當,口感紮實不膩不油。外皮Q彈有嚼勁,不宜大口吃。咬一口細嚼,感受麥香甜味在口腔裡流竄的滋味,尤其在寒天,呼著熱氣,一個熱騰騰的包子,20元買個幸福,何嘗不是人生的小確幸?

從小到大來鹿港無數次廟口小吃沒捧場過幾家#牛舌餅 和 #玉珍齋 倒是吃到翻過來又翻過去今天才知道沿著中山路老街再走過去有好幾家肉包是內行人必買的 #等路 晚上六點多幸好還有溫熱的肉包可買包子皮是香甜鬆軟的鮮奶饅頭口感內餡不肥膩 沒有腥臊味 調味偏甜不是我喜歡的味道但確實有作為口碑土產的實力

A more than 80 year old meat bun shop in Lugang. A must try! Their meat bun is juicy and delicious. Hand-chopped (not machine-minced) pork filling, seasoning is just right. The bun itself is soft, spongy and slightly chewy. I consumed the bun so quickly and forgot to take a few more pictures. LOL

They have several kinds of buns: meat buns with green onion pork, mushrooms pork, bamboo shoots pork, etc., and sweet buns with red beans, taros, and green onion rolls,....I personally prefer the meat bun combo, 10 different kind of meat buns in a box telling you how Lukang people feel about their food. Thin crest of the buns with the meat inside, a bit sweet seasoning but distinguishing the tenderness and juicy meat buns.Difficult to park and shop. But people drive very slow and friendly.

不曉得是因為過年忙還是怎麼樣 今天的體驗真的不太好 以前的醬夠鹹 有花生香 今天的醬沒什麼味道 好像也沒有加另一種醬 少了一味 肉變得比較偏甜了 香菇也變薄 湯則是一點鹹味都沒有 淡到像是忘記加鹽一樣 像在喝水 過年沒幾間有開動作比較慢還稍微可以理解 但是味道整個走鐘真的很令人失望 畢竟是從小吃到大的…… 希望下次回來可以回覆原本的水平 不然大概不會繼續吃了吧 真的變太多了

The famous store of stewed pork rice in Zhanghua. Taste mush sweeter than northern cities in Taiwan. The rice was separate and grainy with few rice sweet.

梅嶺最有名也是品質維持的最穩定的土雞城!喜歡酸的我真的是超級愛的,跟家人跟朋友至此用餐次數不下十次,價格合理,份量因為有小份的,2~3人也可以至此用餐無壓力,雞肉的肉質不是硬的那種,所以少給一顆星!但因為這種生意很好的店本來就很難一直維持土雞的品質,且因為至此就是要喝梅湯梅子汁梅酒,肉質相對來說就沒有那麼重要了!

彰化市成功路的老字號焢肉店,遠近馳名的名店不但是在地人從老到少,從小吃到老的早餐選擇,更是不少外地旅人會來朝聖的彰化市美食之一。招牌的焢肉飯,以牙籤將肥瘦兼具的豬肉厚片串起後,滷上美味的焦糖色澤,鹹淡適中的口味,搭配淋上滷汁的熱騰騰白飯後,真的會讓人筷子停不下來!一早吃上了這麼一碗充滿精力的餐點,一整天就有了美好的開始。焢肉飯上附上的醃漬蘿蔔乾,爽脆的口感,與軟嫩而肥瘦適中的焢肉,非常合拍。沒... 嚐過彰化焢肉的朋友,可能都會被一大片的肥豬肉給嚇到,但千萬不要擔心,這看似肥厚的豬皮部分,不但不油膩或讓人感到豬腥味,反而Q彈有嚼勁,讓人欲罷不能。不過個人覺得丸泉焢肉的瘦肉部分,比較沒有那份軟嫩,反而有時較為乾硬了點,有些可惜,另外,我喜歡搭配一碗蚵仔湯來佐飯。熱騰騰的湯,裡頭肥嫩的鮮蚵加上只是淋上熱湯的清脆韭菜條與薑絲的提味,不但暖身更滿足心裡的那份期待。店裡其實麵類與湯品也都相當受歡迎,在地老客人很喜歡麵點搭配小菜,也是非常棒的早餐選擇。下次來彰化,不妨體驗一下彰化市傳統的焢肉飯早餐唷!read more

彰化赫赫有名的爌肉飯只營業上午時段對外地人來說實在不太方便不巧上次路過時公休一晃眼就好幾年過去了這次特地來插旗菜單如照片不過其實也不太重要因為主角就是爌肉飯肥肉很肥連著肥肉的部位口感很好白飯拌著肉汁、肉香一下子就吃完了不過瘦肉部分有點乾柴其他菜色就很普通滷蛋還是冷的......總結可以一訪畢竟實在名氣太大但不用特地過來一趟附近有收費停車場巷子小建議不要亂停車

You should definitely order the classic braised pork rice (焢肉飯) and a bowl of meat ball soup(丸子湯). These are the local specialties you can find in Changhua.
