Been here before, about 2 years ago and the price was a bit way over head and the portions were small, but it's worth it, the food was good. Quality maintained, not easy. Hope to come eat with friends some time soon, that way we can order way more different things and have the best eating experience. Overall, this place is for tastes, not for filling up, the culinary experience is of utmost importance. English-Chinese wasn't a big issue for me as I am rather proficient in both. That's just what I think and hope for the best

Very tasty food, decent price, and larger portions than anticipated.My only complaint: a lot of the menu couldn't translate to English. But thankfully, the helpful staff stepped in to help a bit.Definitely coming back!

Beautiful construction, cozy environment, healthy and delicious cuisines.I’ll give a half more star if services improve. Waitress were no smile and lack of patience. Each dishes was served very slowly and it took more than two hours to finish.

No chance to taste the sushi due to no seat till end of this year, however, overall experience to book the seat is very bad. Nobody answered the phone for almost one week. Thought that it might have been closed due to COVID 19 Pandemic, but took a chance to pay a visit to the restaurant. Found that it was so noisy in the restaurant. Was told by the waitress that it was a membership restaurant and the seats were fully booked till end of the year. Next year, it will depend on the release of the membership from the management. It’s the first time I heard that Michelin award Stars to membership... restaurant. I am just wondering how the Michelin inspectors visit membership restaurant anonymously to judge.read more

It’s a good experience to be here. The only told you the main course they will serve. Other than that, all the dishes are suprise and they were all nice. You will have some meat, seafood, rice/ noodle dishes, soup, beverages. The food here were fresh and delicious. You can also enjoy the view of the mountains. The decorations of the building and the garden was really beautiful. Recommend to book before you go.

Great view with large dining area. Need to drive car to get up to the mountain. There’s parking lot so no need to worry about parking space. Food is just ok, consider the food as ticket to the place.

You will find calm and Zen style atmosphere here. The food was lightly flavored, honest to the materials’ natural taste. The service leans towards SOP but staff were friendly and helpful. One star was taken off due to the selection of food, you can only have standard set meal here, either very limited dishes to swap for vegetarian, or non seafood dinners. Will definitely visit again because my friend loved it.
麵粉遇見水
位於光復新村眷村的老屋麵食館，復古的眷村與傳統麵食攤就像回到小時候，在巷口吃麵的氛圍。半戶外用餐區也刻意營造路邊攤的氛圍，但是精緻有特色的麵食，絕對不是路邊攤水準，招牌料理陝西皮帶麵、一根麵、 蘭花餃、醉雞必點。

Gotta try the spicy dry noodles. The wide ones are the best! Reddish soup and the drunken chicken were also pretty good! Yum!The whole place is refurbished from old military village, it’s a nice place to feel the old culture and atmosphere.

I was in Pingtung when the earthquake came... About 1:30 in the morning. I was awake, writing at my computer... I looked out the window, and the apartment building beside mine was swinging back and forth... It's something I'll never forget, and it's a moment in Taiwanese history that shouldn't be forgotten either.This exhibit covers the event very well. You literally stand on the sunken fault line that saw a school cut in half, and torn into crumbling ruins.Audio visual presentations add to the visceral experience of that moment, when we lost so many family and friends.
